Shooting The Moon
Just got back from the Tower Theatre at Shorncliffe to see the first night of the Strangeface Theatre Company's new show 'Shooting The Moon.'
With no dialogue this company brings to life the story of the legendary French filmmaker George Melies through the use of full-mask and puppet theatre. With musical accompaniment, and inter-cut with faux silent movie segments between scenes this has been one of the best pieces of theatre I have seen in years. Catch it over the next few months as it tours theatres and village halls.
