Well after a wet and cold Easter, today is a little warmer and as I've the day off work, I'm spenidng the afternoon in my greenhouse planting out a few more seeds.
Amongst the squash and pumpkin varieties going into pots today are:- Blue Banana squash, Burgess Buttercup squash, Boston squash and the two new varieties I bought a couple of Sundays ago:- Winter Golden Hubbard & Amazonka Pumpkin.
Let's hope this year in England is better than last for the pumpkin yield where only the Blue Banana squash did anything of worth.
